A Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) anunciou os vencedores da nona edição mundial do concurso de arte Carro dos Sonhos Toyota, que em 2014 contou com a participação de 875 mil crianças e adolescentes de 81 países. A cerimônia de premiação aconteceu na última quarta-feira, dia 26, em Tóquio, no Japão.
Mundialmente, as três melhores desenhistas são: Dulanya Dewagamage, do Sri Lanka, na categoria de quatro a sete anos; Ada Maria Ciontu, da Romênia, na categoria de oito a 11 anos e Azul Paz Servin Rodas, do Paraguai, na categoria de 12 a 15 anos.
Outros dois desenhos também receberam destaque na cerimônia. O da canadense Hye In Park foi escolhido diretamente pelo presidente Akio Toyoda como prêmio especial do concurso. Já de Minhal Adnan Sami, dos Emirados Árabes Unidos, foi selecionado o melhor desenho em uma nova categoria, o Prêmio Inspiração de Engenharia.
Neste ano, a Toyota do Brasil com o apoio da Fundação Toyota do Brasil já confirmou a próxima edição do concurso. As inscrições estarão abertas a partir do dia 12 de outubro de 2015 por meio do endereço: www.toyota.com.br/carrodossonhos. O concurso de arte Carro dos Sonhos Toyota irá premiar três vencedores de cada categoria dividida por faixa etária: de quatro a sete anos, de oito a 11 anos e de 12 a 15 anos. Os vencedores desta etapa vão concorrer a uma viagem ao Japão para conhecer a matriz da empresa.

- My dream car is light as a butterfly and helps all girls around the world to get education even in places where girls are not allowed to go to school. From Pakistan, in Swat Valley, to school places destroyed in Syria and to the 100 girls in Nigeria, Robo-Fly flies the world to provide mobile schooling. It collects and recycles electronic equipment such as laptops, cell phones and computers and fixes devices then later on, hands over to girls who have no access to technology. It also collects books from book-donation centers, sorts and groups them by subject and air drops them to girls. When is out of gas, Robo-Fly transforms continuously into another butterfly using its lifecycle. It uses senses just like a living thing: sound signals to announce that it is around, sight for flashlights, hearing for capturing girls’ voices asking for help and smell for orientation as books do smell deliciously. It can spread its wings for children to learn to read from images projected on the sky and uses sound to read stories aloud. It works on energy that regenerates from girls’ grace.
