Originalmente lan\u00e7ado na Europa em 2012, ele chegou ao mercado brasileiro em 2013 como substituto natural do 207, marcando uma guinada para a Peugeot no segmento de hatches compactos \u201cpremium\u201d. A sua produ\u00e7\u00e3o local no Brasil, na f\u00e1brica de Porto Real, come\u00e7ou justamente para refor\u00e7ar a presen\u00e7a da marca no pa\u00eds. Com o passar dos anos, o 208 consolidou-se como um modelo de destaque, tanto pela sua proposta mais refinada quanto por sua din\u00e2mica urbana, recebendo elogios em pesquisas de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONFIRA O V\u00cdDEO:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/koClvH-WbIA\">https:\/\/youtu.be\/koClvH-WbIA <\/a><\/p>\n<p>Na sua gera\u00e7\u00e3o atual, que come\u00e7a na linha 2025, o 208 foi reestilizado para harmonizar com a nova identidade visual da marca, trazendo a vers\u00e3o GT Hybrid, que tive a oportunidade de testar. Essa vers\u00e3o h\u00edbrida \u00e9 a mais atual da gama, enquanto as demais continuam oferecendo diferentes op\u00e7\u00f5es: h\u00e1 a Style com motor aspirado 1.0 Firefly, e as vers\u00f5es intermedi\u00e1rias Active e Allure equipadas com o motor Turbo T200 sem a op\u00e7\u00e3o h\u00edbrida.<\/p>\n<p>Externamente, o 208 GT Hybrid revela um design moderno e marcante: os far\u00f3is full-LED com assinatura luminosa em \u201cgarras de le\u00e3o\u201d remetem \u00e0 nova identidade da Peugeot, a grade \u00e9 na cor da carroceria, e as rodas diamantadas de 17\u2033 refor\u00e7am a esportividade. A traseira segue a mesma linha de refinamento, com lanternas em LED que se estendem horizontalmente e linhas bem trabalhadas, conferindo ao hatch um perfil fluido e compacto.<\/p>\n<p>No interior, o 208 h\u00edbrido mant\u00e9m o conceito \u201ci-Cockpit\u201d da Peugeot, com volante pequeno e esportivo \u2014 revestido em couro com costuras contrastantes \u2014 e um painel 3D de 10\u2033 que mostra o fluxo de energia, o estado de carga da bateria e outros dados do sistema h\u00edbrido em tempo real. No entanto, dependendo do \u00e2ngulo que voc\u00ea usa a posi\u00e7\u00e3o do volante ele acaba escondendo partes do painel digital, obrigando voc\u00ea a se \u201cesticar\u201d para conseguir enxergar todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>A central multim\u00eddia \u00e9 a Peugeot i-Connect Advanced de 10,3\u2033, com conectividade sem fio para Android Auto e Apple CarPlay. J\u00e1 o porta-malas tem 311 litros de capacidade, bem razo\u00e1vel para o seu porte de carro hatch. O acabamento agrada: h\u00e1 pedais de alum\u00ednio, detalhes \u201ccarbon style\u201d, ma\u00e7anetas cromadas e ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o interna em LED, conferindo um ambiente mais sofisticado. Para quem vai atr\u00e1s o conforto \u00e9 prejudicado, pois o espa\u00e7o \u00e9 bem pequeno e ruim para pessoas mais altas.<\/p>\n<p>Quanto a equipamentos de s\u00e9rie, a vers\u00e3o GT Hybrid j\u00e1 vem bem equipada: inclui carregador por indu\u00e7\u00e3o para smartphone, c\u00e2mera traseira com vis\u00e3o de 180\u00b0, sensores traseiros, multim\u00eddia 10,3\u2033, e a bateria de 12 V do sistema h\u00edbrido.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, h\u00e1 uma linha de acess\u00f3rios Mopar homologados para essa vers\u00e3o: entre eles barra de teto, frisos laterais, alarme volum\u00e9trico, protetor de soleira, organizador de porta-malas, projetor de logo Peugeot (\u201cFace Lion\u201d), entre outros. A lista de opcionais n\u00e3o deixa claro pre\u00e7os individuais para muitos itens, mas a gama Mopar acrescenta bastante versatilidade ao modelo.<\/p>\n<p>Em termos de cores, a marca oferece o Branco Nacre, Preto Perla Negra (R$ 2 mil) e Cinza Selenium (R$ 2 mil) para a vers\u00e3o GT Hybrid. Quanto ao pre\u00e7o, oficialmente o GT Hybrid parte de R$ 134.990. No entanto, h\u00e1 relatos de \u201ccondi\u00e7\u00f5es especiais de venda direta\u201d que trazem esse valor para R$ 126.990.<\/p>\n<p>Por exemplo, dados da K.Lume Consultoria indicam que de janeiro a agosto de 2025 o 208 vendeu apenas 5.817 unidades no Brasil. No primeiro trimestre de 2025, segundo a Peugeot, o modelo contribuiu para um crescimento de 2% das vendas da marca. Sobre vendas hist\u00f3ricas no Brasil, na gera\u00e7\u00e3o anterior h\u00e1 dados que mostram quedas: por exemplo, em 2019 foram emplacadas 5.608 unidades.<\/p>\n<p>Concorrentes e posicionamento<\/p>\n<p>Os principais concorrentes diretos do 208 GT Hybrid incluem hatches compactos bem estabelecidos, ainda que n\u00e3o h\u00edbridos, como o Hyundai HB20 e o Volkswagen Polo. No entanto, ao comparar com concorrentes mais baratos (sem h\u00edbrido), a Peugeot precisa compensar a diferen\u00e7a de custo para convencer parte do p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre vendas, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 dados p\u00fablicos robustos recentes (at\u00e9 novembro de 2025) que indicam um grande salto nas vendas do 208 Hybrid especificamente. Isso sugere que, mesmo com os incentivos da campanha, o modelo h\u00edbrido pode ainda estar em fase de matura\u00e7\u00e3o no mercado brasileiro, enfrentando o desafio de educar compradores sobre o benef\u00edcio da tecnologia leve (MHEV) e justificar o premium em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s vers\u00f5es turbo tradicionais.<\/p>\n<p>Falando da parte mec\u00e2nica, o motor do 208 GT Hybrid \u00e9 o 1.0 Turbo \u201cT200\u201d flex, de tr\u00eas cilindros, que entrega at\u00e9 130 cv e 200 Nm de torque combinado com o sistema h\u00edbrido de 12V (BSG + bateria de l\u00edtio), segundo a Peugeot. \u00a0A transmiss\u00e3o \u00e9 uma autom\u00e1tica CVT com simula\u00e7\u00e3o de sete marchas virtuais, projetada para manter o motor em regimes eficientes e aproveitar o suporte el\u00e9trico nas arrancadas e retomadas.<\/p>\n<p>A suspens\u00e3o dianteira \u00e9 do tipo pseudo-McPherson com molas helicoidais, amortecedores a g\u00e1s e barra estabilizadora; atr\u00e1s, uma configura\u00e7\u00e3o de travessa deform\u00e1vel com molas helicoidais. Segundo a ficha t\u00e9cnica, o peso \u00e9 de cerca de 1.167 kg para a vers\u00e3o GT Hybrid, segundo a Peugeot.<\/p>\n<p>No consumo, h\u00e1 ganhos urbanos com o sistema h\u00edbrido: de acordo com dados do PBEV, o 208 GT Hybrid faz 13,0 km\/l na cidade (gasolina) e 9,1 km\/l com etanol, enquanto no ciclo rodovi\u00e1rio registra 13,8 km\/l gasolina e 9,6 km\/l etanol.<\/p>\n<p>Quanto \u00e0 impress\u00e3o ao dirigir, na cidade o 208 GT Hybrid transmite uma sensa\u00e7\u00e3o mais suave nas arrancadas, gra\u00e7as ao motor el\u00e9trico de apoio, e as paradas s\u00e3o mais silenciosas e confort\u00e1veis por causa do sistema \u201cAdvanced Start &amp; Stop\u201d. H\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m regenera\u00e7\u00e3o de energia nas frenagens (e-Braking) e nas desacelera\u00e7\u00f5es (e-Coasting), o que torna o uso urbano mais eficiente sem interferir no estilo de dirigir. J\u00e1 na estrada, o CVT simulado em 7 marchas ajuda a manter o motor em regime ideal, embora em altas velocidades o comportamento possa apresentar o tradicional \u201cassobio\u201d ou leve falta de resposta t\u00edpica de transmiss\u00f5es cont\u00ednuas, especialmente se comparado a transmiss\u00f5es autom\u00e1ticas mais esportivas ou manuais. A suspens\u00e3o \u00e9 bem calibrada para um hatch compacto: absorve bem irregularidades sem sacrificar a estabilidade nas curvas, e o comportamento geral \u00e9 \u00e1gil, com o peso relativamente contido.<\/p>\n<p>Em conclus\u00e3o, o 208 GT Hybrid representa um passo interessante da marca no sentido de trazer eletrifica\u00e7\u00e3o leve para o segmento B-Hatch. Ele combina um motor turbo potente com um sistema h\u00edbrido 12 V que oferece ganho de efici\u00eancia sem complicar a vida do motorista, mantendo a usabilidade cotidiana. O design renovado, os equipamentos tecnol\u00f3gicos e a sofistica\u00e7\u00e3o interna refor\u00e7am a proposta premium dentro de seu segmento.<\/p>\n<p>No entanto, os n\u00fameros de vendas e os descontos observados sugerem que convencer o p\u00fablico brasileiro a adotar essa vers\u00e3o ainda \u00e9 um desafio comercial \u2014 especialmente quando concorrentes tradicionais t\u00eam estrutura de vendas mais consolidada. Para quem valoriza inova\u00e7\u00e3o, economia urbana e um hatch com personalidade, o 208 GT Hybrid pode ser uma escolha muito s\u00f3lida; mas para compradores mais pragm\u00e1ticos ou centrados em
